SHFTSTICK started with two ambulance partners, Ryan Drake and Jeremy Johnson, solving one of those stupid little problems everyone in Fire, EMS, and healthcare understands.
Jeremy is a seasoned Paramedic. Ryan is a seasoned Firefighter/EMT. After plenty of shifts dealing with the sights—and especially the smells—that come with the job, Ryan started 3D printing tiny quarter-sized containers for carrying Vicks on the ambulance.
They worked.
Then they disappeared.
Because everyone in this industry knows one universal truth:
If it isn’t attached, it’s getting lost.
That sparked the idea for SHFTSTICK.
Instead of another little container floating around a pocket, bag, ambulance, or station, we wanted something designed specifically for the people doing tough jobs: a stick that smells good, helps overpower the odors we encounter on the job, and lives inside a customizable holster that actually stays attached to your gear.
Clip it to a pocket. Mount it to MOLLE. Put it on a radio strap, backpack, duty belt, stethoscope, or whatever your particular mission calls for.
Then make it yours.
